Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling - Please allow 48 hours for cancellations otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. - Please allow 24 hours for any rescheduling. Rescheduling outside of this timeframe will NOT incur any additional charges and the deposit will carry over to the rescheduled date. Weather Events We may need to reschedule your booking due to weather - This is only if you do not have an enclosed, undercover area - These include: - Any temperature over 32°c where a buff and polish is included. This is due to the risk of paint damage. - A chance of rain above 60%. This is due to our electrical equipment being exposed to the rain, which may cause damage to our equipment, and presents a safety risk. Weather is checked daily and we will only reschedule if the above circumstances are showing as being present 24 hours in advance. There may be random weather events that could cause a cancellation on the day of your booking. Rescheduling due to weather event will roll your deposit to your next booking. If you choose not to reschedule, your deposit will not be refundable. We will contact you to reschedule a time suitable for you. Harassment We do not tolerate abusive behavior. If our workers experience harassment of any kind, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, or leave the jobsite at any point. If we need to leave after arriving at the jobsite, the full amount invoiced will be charge and will need to be paid by a due date or collection procedures will follow. If we need to cancel before we arrive, your deposit will be non-refundable and you will not be allowed to reschedule for a minimum of three months. Hazard and Safety We may have to temporarily cease work on the car if there is a hazard or safety issue present to either you or our workers. These include: - Sharps found within the car: We will stop work on the car until this has been removed and can return to work afterwards. - Biohazardous materials: We will not continue work on the car until this has been removed by the owner or biohazard company. - Public safety issues: We will not continue work on the car if illicit substances or unsecured weapons are found. Valuable goods and cash money - Please remove any valuables or money before we begin work on the car. - We are not liable for any change or valuables vacuumed up. - Any valuables or cash notes found will need to be to be collected by the owner at the time it is found. Work will resume after it has been collected.
